We are looking for a central Test Lead that manage SIT and Batch chains. Who also acts as a coach in way of working.

As a central Test Lead you will work with other Test Lead and functional teams, also together with program office in order to improve the test process within the program
In your role as a central Test Lead you need to take own initiatives and work proactively. You are goal oriented, have high delivery capacity, are driven and like a high pace. You will work in an international environment. You will report to the Test Management and work closely together with other related areas. It is important that you like to work with constant improvement, and strive for an efficient way of working.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Test Lead comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list include:
• Create overall plan for SIT
• Validate larger initiative
• Ready to drive larger SIT initiatives
• Report SIT progress, Test and Defects
• Define SIT regression scope
• Created plan for test of Batch Chains
• Ensure that Batch tests are executed
• Report Batch test progress, Test and Defects
• Support other Test lead in their way of working with test and how to use Jira and ALM
• Update Test related Templates and Guidelines according to revise process
Your skills

You have excellent verbal communication skills and you work in a structured way. You enjoy working in an ever changing environment and possess a goal oriented approach. And your skills include:
• Experience from work as test lead in complex or large situation
• Experience from Risk based testing and validating cross functional areas
• Business process experience within Sales, Logistics, and/or Finance
• Experienced in working with Jira, ALM former Quality Center
• Strong skills in both Swedish and English
