The One NCC HR Program is a group initiative to redefine and refocus the work of the HR functions within NCC to better serve our business.

The defined goal of the One NCC HR Program is to strengthen managers, employees and HRs ability to support, develop and challenge NCCs business short and long term. We want to reach this goal by transforming NCCs HR function through an efficient HR service delivery model, group common HR processes and policies, redefined roles and responsibilities and implement a group common HR-system.

The HR Program will be conducted in a phased manner containing three releases, including the following processes; Core Data, Training Administration, Competence Development, Bonus Administration,  Salary Revision, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Recruitment.

For this recruitment we are hopeful to find four -five new colleagues who will have the central implementation project manager role. One for each country; Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Germany. In this role you will have the immediate professional network with three or four colleagues who share the same responsibilities as a central implementation project manager but for different countries. 

Responsibilities of the Central Implementation Project Manager:

• The Central Implementation Project Manager will act as the single-point-of-contact from the HR Program in implementing the group common processes and system template in the country in question
• Regularly define and update the implementation toolbox with templates, methods and tools based on best practices from previous implementations and lessons learned from the country in question
• Play a key role in promoting the solution towards local key stakeholders and therefore needs to be confident with presenting/ coaching project team in the country
• Support the local project manager in running the implementation in the country, including timeline, solution adaptation and go-live, co-plan the project execution, tollgates and deliverables
• Coordinate timing of local system adaptations with the central LTM team to ensure proper development, test and go-live, including system environments and accesses to environments
• Report status including issues and risks to central program management, including escalation if activities are delayed or commitment derails in the country
• Lead communication and bridging between central and local teams, bringing in Central Change Lead, Group Common Process Owners and other parties
• Support in Benefits realizations plan structuring

Your profile:

You have strong project management skills. You have the ability to communicate effectively with senior country leaders, effectively manage a virtual team with members from different entities including project team, HRS, program manager, etc. To be a successful project manager you need to be an excellent networker and a team player. You have knowledge of various HR process. If you are familiar with LTM it is a plus. You have good knowledge in English both in writing and speaking. We see knowledge in Finnish, Danish or German as an advantage.

Other information:

This is a project employment, for approximately 12 months. The project employment will start as per agreement but no sooner than the 1st of October 2013. Your placement is negotiable but we prefer the headoffice in Solna, Stockholm.
