If you are motivated by delivering an excellent seamless omni-channel experience for customers and employees, there is now a great opportunity to join Group Channels in a role as Center of Excellence (CoE) Program Lead.
Based on Swedbank Group strategies, you will plan and coordinate strategic transformation initiatives together with key managers, Chief Product Owners (CPOs) and stakeholders.

You will work in cross competence set-up to define and deliver digital channels solutions and services for the future omni-channel customer meetings.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Take an instrumental role in driving and coordinating major transformation initiatives that goes across the Swedbank Group and are followed up by the Group Executive Committee and/or Board of Directors

• Facilitate work between the Channels development areas and business stakeholders to deliver group wide Omni-Channel solutions with focus on continuously modernizing the bank and making our customer's lives easier

• Support Head of Group Channels with executive reporting and follow-up on transformation initiatives

• Facilitating collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure a successful way of working and overall understanding our stakeholders' needs

• Be part of an inspiring culture and workplace, together with the Channels team and colleagues

• Prepare and lead information- and competence sharing sessions across the group.

What is needed in this role:
• High level of Program Management expertise, preferably with a consultant background

• Result driven, humble, and not afraid to take on challenges with changing frames

• Very good level of understanding of the related business challenges as well as Lean Agile mindset

• Skilled "people person" with the ability and drive to collaborate with many different stakeholders, coordinating, coaching and connecting people

• Ability to take decisions in the interest of Swedbank as a Group (balancing different needs)

• Demonstrated experience in change management and transformation journeys with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

We are responsible for Channels Investment Portfolio covering all investments made into developing our customer facing channels, i.e., the Mobile app, the Internetbank, the Contact Center platform etc. Through efficient coordination and facilitation, we ensure that we reach our Omni-Channel vision, value realization targets and deliver upon the needs of our key stakeholders.
