The role
Center for Retailing is a unit with high educational and research ambitions and the right candidate for the role should be willing to contribute with first class administrative support and be able to professionally communicate with students, faculty, staff and partner companies.

In this role, you will be working closely together with the Office and Program Manager and gain experience and knowledge from an international work environment filled with talented, innovative, and ambitious people.

Job Description
Your tasks linked to the Bachelor Program in Retail Management and Center for Retailing include:

- Support to students, teachers, and visiting partner companies,
- Planning, coordination, and execution of activities related to the educational activities conducted at the center (e.g., course scheduling, update course pages, report grades, administrate exams),
- Taking ownership over office services to make sure that things run smoothly on a day-to-day basis,
- Planning, coordination, and execution of activities related to the research activities conducted at the center (e.g., host lunches and events, booking of trips and hotels),
- Planning, coordination, and execution of activities related to the center (e.g., order catering, office supplies, and literature, etc).

Besides that, we also view it as an important part of your role to contribute to the development of processes and routines in collaboration with other parts of the organization.

Qualifications
Requirements

- Experience from similar work tasks,
- Good computer skills, chiefly with office programs,
- Excellent written and oral skills in English,
- Excellent written and oral skills in Swedish.

Meritorious

- An interest in and understanding of higher education,
- Experience from working in Office 365,
- Experience from student administrative systems such as Digi Exam, Canvas and Ourkund,
- Experience from scheduling, preferably in TimeEdit,
- Experience from an international setting.

Terms
This is a part-time, 50 percent, permanent position located in Stockholm. There might be possibilities for extended employment. Since availability is key in this role, we want you to be here physically four days a week. A 6-month probationary period will be applied. Preferred starting date as soon as possible with the consideration of any period of notice.
