About the job:
Owning the automation product plan for our Business Unit, High-Speed Separation. High-level prioritization. Defines the mission, purpose and bringing the big picture of the business. Tracking & Delivery of the Automation product plan with business impact. Automation Cost responsibility.
Key tasks:
* Lead the interface with Business Unit High-Speed Separation. Together our organisations are realizing their strategy and are taking mechanical products 'beyond the steel' with both Automation and IIoT.
* Work closely with product managers/ customers to understand their needs, challenges and problems from a product perspective and translate it into automation product plans.
* Adhere to or establish processes and policies needed for cooperation with local BU org
* Creating and maintaining the mission and vision for the cell in accordance to the ADs Mission, Vision and manifesto.
* You will lead the agile team and manage the high-level prioritization with clarity. Tracking & Delivery of the product plan according to costs- and result agreements.
* Work with the team (crew, scrum masters, product owners, solution owners) in order to describe the priorities based on input/requirements of stakeholders.
* Feeding common technology needs into the H2 technology back-log for Automation or IIoT labs.
* Communicate requirements for platform life cycle management including claims & quality, both for automation and connectivity.
Who you are:
* You are responsible for driving a diverse team towards our mission and agile manifest. You prioritize a coaching/facilitate leadership and when needed taking a directive, authoritative approach and you are owning and take responsibility for the Cell Quality metrices.
* Passionate about delivering "beyond the steel". Communicate solution and technology strategy to Business.
