We are looking for an experienced business oriented Category Sales Development Manager who will take the leadership and development of our CPW breakfast cereal portfolio in Sweden.
You will be part of the CPW team of 13 competent people around the Nordic region reporting directly to the Nordic Regional Business Manager. Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) is a General Mills and Nestlé joint venture offering high quality brands as CHEERIOS, FITNESS and NESQUIK. The position is based at our Swedish Nestlé head office in Helsingborg.
The job
As Category Sales Development Manager your role is to accelerate profitable growth of the CPW business by developing category strategies and plans based on solid consumer, shopper and customer insights. You will provide strong value adding support to the Swedish Key Account team and to the Field Sales organization. You will align marketing and sales in business plans and executions as well as providing flawless dynamic forecasts.
You will be responsible for analyzing the market and based on the analysis identify business opportunities that will strengthen our position. As you are responsible for Profit & Loss you strive to accelerate growth without losing focus on the bottom line.
While developing sales is your main responsibility, you will also coordinate marketing and media campaigns locally.
The candidate
You have 3 to 5 years of category sales development experience in FMCG. Before entering the professional scene you achieved a business degree or MBA. Marketing and/or Key Account Management experience is a plus. You have good understanding of business planning and brand dynamics.
The job requires strong analytical skills and commercial flair. You influence through others and base your decision making on consumer, shopper, in-store dynamics and customer insights.
You have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as Swedish. You have no trouble using the whole MS-Office package and ideally knowledge about SAP.
As a person you are proactive, result focused and structured with long term perspectives. You solve problems by overviewing the situation and at the same time aware of the details. You use challenges as a chance to develop the business. You are confident, outgoing and a good team player.
