British American Tobacco, BAT Fiedler & Lundgren has an exciting opportunity for a Category Quality Manager in Malmö, Sweden.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Oversee the Quality Assurance department, ensuring its alignment with company strategy and setting precise objectives for team members, while also providing guidance and support as necessary to facilitate optimal performance.
Develop extensive plans for quality activities spanning the leading factory and supply chain, meticulously ensuring their alignment with both customer and company objectives to guarantee the fulfilment of consumer expectations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with unwavering dedication to enhance process and product quality, fostering an ingrained culture of perpetual enhancement within the organization to consistently raise standards.
Manage and analyse quality performance metrics with meticulous attention to detail, utilizing data-driven insights to enact necessary improvements and actively contributing to cross-functional Quality Improvement Forums to share knowledge and foster collaborative problem-solving.
Implement robust strategies aimed at augmenting the capabilities of the factory workforce, providing steadfast support for the setup and execution of the Design Responsibility Business Unit (DRBU) across all product categories to fortify organizational prowess.
Uphold and enforce stringent quality standards on the shop floor, meticulously overseeing lab testing processes and rigorously managing product release protocols to safeguard the delivery of impeccably high-quality products to discerning consumers.
Coordinate a myriad of quality activities meticulously to meet the varied expectations of both customers and consumers, ensuring that all outcomes align harmoniously with the overarching strategic objectives of the company.
Maintain an unwavering focus on achieving company goals while simultaneously adhering to rigorous quality standards, ensuring the efficient and effective completion of all functional tasks and projects within the department to drive overall success.
Proactively seek out opportunities for quality enhancement with an insatiable appetite for improvement, swiftly implementing effective strategies to address identified areas for optimization and elevate overall performance
Ensure readiness to seamlessly adapt to the ever-evolving needs of the organization and its customers through proactive quality management practices and an unyielding commitment to perpetual improvement efforts.
