We are currently seeking a Category Product Manager with experience in the FMCG / food industry to work operatively with the Nordic markets. You will be a part of a cross-functional team of R&D, Procurement, and Marketing. Dina arbetsuppgifter
As Category Product Manager you will work operationally for two of Semper's segments, Gluten-Free and Healthy Snacks. You are the category contact person for the Nordic countries and Semper's export department concerning marketing and â'current business' category topics. And you will co-ordinate within the cross-functional category team and agencies. You will be responsible on working with the Nordic countries and enabling them to deliver the budget tagets. You contribute with ideas and tools to the countries in order to be able to reach even better results. Further, you are responsible for keeping the marketing material for export up to date and support the trade shows for potential customers/distributors. You will also be responsible for data collection and handling, e.g. KPI tracking.

You report to the Category Director working on Semper's headquarters. The position involves traveling a couple of days a month within the Nordic countries mainly.

This is a temporary contract starting immediately and which continues until the end of January 2017.

Kvalifikationer
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics
• You have at least five years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG market. Experience in a commercial role within FMCG is a bonus.
• We prefer that you have experience in the food industry and / or a great passion for food and health. You are fluent in English, both speaking and writing, and being fluent in one of the Nordic languages is beneficial.

We believe that you are a goal-oriented person who has the ability to work in a structured way and can retain focused among multiple parallel tasks and projects. You are a humble doer and problem solver. Furthermore, you are independent and can drive your projects by yourself. You are also good at prioritizing your tasks and have the ability to see the big picture. Plus, you are very good at engaging others and win them for your topics.
