Our 24 meeting rooms provide state-of-the-art event facilities for business travelers wishing to host productive meetings close to Arlanda. Rooms can be adapted to any occasion; the largest room provides space for up to 250 delegates.

The Meeting and Events Coordinator Role
Our meeting and events team are sophisticated hosts who are inspired to succeed! They are competitive, ambitious and strive to achieve results and deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.
Our Meetings and Events Coordinator knows that success doesn't just happen, it's planned
No meetings are the same, and you will be responsible for booking everything from conferences, courses, big events to small meetings. You will handle the entire process from inquiry and quotation to finalizing the contract
You are engaging and love building relationships. You anticipate our guests' needs by being in the right place at the right time and deliver spectacular events of all sizes
You love to ensure that all the nitty gritty details are put to paper and to communicate it to your colleagues in operations
As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the meeting and events department
As Meeting and Events Coordinator, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!
