hela Sverige We are looking for a new part-time cashier to join our retail team in Stockholm.
Ria is a leading money transfer company that provides fast and secure international transfers of funds for businesses and individuals. Our friendly retail teams are committed to provide the most trustworthy, easy and pleasant experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities
Interact with customers face to face to receive and process all of Ria's Financial products such as money transfers, check cashing, money orders and selling and buying foreign currency.
Accurately verify or enter the customer's information in our proprietary system
Courteously assist customers with various inquiries such as processing transactions, questions about our products, cancellations and providing Ria agent locations
Identify problems, issues or complaints during queries and propose solutions to management
Keep up-to-date with Ria's products, services and policies
Prepare the daily transaction record
Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months cash-handling experience is required
One year of work experience in customer service and/or cashiers positions
Customer Service and Commercial focused
Fluent in Swedish & English
Skills in a third language is a strong plus, especially in Vietnamese.
