About the role:
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Cashflow and NOWC Business Controller that will be responsible for Cashflow, NOWC, and Capex Controlling for the BA Europe, Middle East and Africa. The controller will play a pivotal role in supporting the business in a constantly evolving business environment. This highly visible position requires flexibility in adapting to requirements, as well as a keen attention to detail and a collaborative approach. The role will have direct exposure to senior leadership and business decision-makers and must possess the ability to work independently to find solutions to complex problems.
As a Cashflow and NOWC Business Controller, you will be part of the team helping the organization to make informed decisions by transforming data and information into business insights while driving collaboration and efficiency across the finance organization in Europe.
You will report to Head of Financial Controlling BA EA and in matrix to Head of BA Controlling BA EA. This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
What you will do:
Review and lead the monthly and quarterly analysis, forecast and reporting for cash flow, investments and net assets
Review and lead the Annual Plan and Strategic Plan, forecast and reporting for cash flow, investments and net assets
Analyze cash flow trends and identify potential issues
Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Partner with Product Lines and Operations for investment / capex requests, planning and reporting
Participate balance sheet reviews with legal entities
Participate in the approval & review process as well as reporting of significant investments
Review & approve outstanding payment orders.

As a controller, you will own the monthly and quarterly analysis and reporting process. Drive the financial planning for the total business area and lead continuous improvement efforts across our processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/ACCA an advantage).
Solid relevant experience, ideally in accounting, financial controlling and analysis
Strong strategic mindset with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
High level of integrity, analytical ability, and business acumen
Advanced excel skills, experience with SAP and AARO an advantage
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong analytical skills
Highly proactive and self-motivated
Team player with great social skills
Tech savvy and strong ability and interest to use financial systems
Excellence in MS-Office suite, specifically Excel (VBA is a strong plus)
Excellence presentation skills with ability to translate complex and technical concepts into business insight
