hela Sverige We are currently looking for an experienced Case Manager (Electrical/SW) - Global Product Quality for our customer within the automotive industry in Gothenburg.
You will be working in the spotlight as ambassador for customer to deliver committed product quality.
You are communicative, energetic, decisive and prepared to in a positive way challenging the project team and skilled of bringing people with you to improve product quality
You have a proactive mind set and drive for problem solving with speed.
Work description
You will be part of the Global Product Quality team and be based in our office in Arendal Gothenburg and working with product quality.
You will monitor market quality problems, initiate investigation and take decision for product modifications for product problem on our delivered vehicles. You will lead the problem solving team all the way from problem reports to we have helped the customer with their product problems
Strong communication skills (written, verbal and in public)
Skilled in planning, prioritize and delegate
Ability to travel to customer, suppliers and factories
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
Graduate engineer with experience of managing projects
Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Experience on Quality Methods and tools for product improvements
Excellent understanding of all aspects of bus design
System knowledge: Argus, KOLA, QRAFT, Protus
Preferably in Spanish/German/French
Experience in Electrical/SW design and problem solving in this area-Experienced in project Management.
• Good overall product technical knowledge in the automotive fields.
• Strong cross functional leadership.
• Good analytical skills, well structured.
• Ability to work globally.
• Experienced on Quality tools, mainly on Root Causes Analysis,
FMEA, Argus, Protus and QJ's.
• Driver to improve our products, organization, processes and himself/herself.
• Communication skills: listening effectively, transmitting information accurately and understanding and actively seeking feedback.
• Professionalism: Dealing directly and forthright with people and problems, persisting to get the job done and managing personal responses and stress.
• Teamwork: Building co-operation among individuals, departments, sharing information and resources and working to achieve group goals and results.
• Business and Customer oriented mind-set. Understanding customer needs and addressing the needs to all organization stakeholders.
• Master degree or equivalent experiences.
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• More than 3 years as Project Manager (Leader) in the quality arena within the Automotive industry.
