Rebtel is looking for a Carrier relationship manager/ Procurement Manager

The Role

As a procurement manager at Rebtel you are responsible for the procurement of all our voice termination and local numbers. That means you control procurements of some $60M yearly and consequently your success has the highest impact on the Rebtel business.
Responsibilities:

Nurturing the relationship with current and future voice carriers (origination and termination). Key contact for all carriers
Provide voice termination market intelligence and guide the company strategically both long and short term
Negotiate and decide the quality and price mix for all routing on a day to day basis
Lead all traffic and commitment tenders all the way into final contracting
Measure carrier KPIs and improve carrier performance. Interface with NOC teams

Requirements:

University degree with top marks
Procurement, negotiations or commodity sales experience is a plus
General understanding of the telecom market and the wholesale voice business in particular is a plus
