hela Sverige The Telematics Platform department is organised within the Volvo Construction Equipment Customer Support?s Processes & Systems unit. We are now looking for a Care Track Function Platform Leader.
Main tasks
Represent CareTrack platform in PM team
Coordinate/contribute in root cause analysis
Delegate to other CST members
Create requirement descriptions and work orders for Suppliers (VGT/WirelessCar, CPAC, Telenor, OrbComm?)
Contribute with technical expertise
Spread information about ongoing PM activities to the line organization
Responsibilities:
Contribute with ideas, competence and information
Owns the CHASE cases in Improve phase (and participate in all other)
Coordinate/contribute in root cause analysis
Delegate to other CST members
Secure that decision (e.g. work packages) and communication material is created
Analyze and focus on activities to implement decided actions
Document in CHASE
Create requirement descriptions and work orders for Suppliers (VGT/WirelessCar, CPAC, Telenor, OrbComm?)
Initiate TFR and participate in TFR meetings (Technical Failure Report)
Follow up and update time plans for TFR in Techline
Support area managers with information for monthly meetings/Brush-up
Participate in Maintenance projects
Authorites
Create Requirements descriptions and work orders for suppliers meeting both process and product targets
Recommend prioritization of field quality issues
Decide about market communication strategy for different product changes
Together with the PM team leader decide about start and stop TFR's
Competence:
Good technical knowledge of the end product and its sub-systems
Experience from Product Development and Telematics
Leadership skills
Good communication skills
System knowledge
Process knowledge (PM process etc., Eventum and Argus processes)
