The purpose of the role is to secure the solution end-to-end in a very complex system landscape.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the IT Analysis Capital team. We add value by turning complex business requirements, often with regulatory mandatory deadlines, into IT solutions. We have very close collaboration with our business stakeholders in Group Finance.
As Capital Solution Expert IT Analyst, you'll play a valuable role in Working with skilled, international teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. We all have a role in building the best bank that serves our customers' and meet regulators fast changing requirements - through innovative solutions and collaboration.
What you'll be doing:
Business analysis and driving multiple sub-projects associated with Capital Reporting workstream which is a mission critical delivery of the Model Development Programme (MDP)
Detailed planning, issue resolution, management of complex problems requiring in-depth competency across Loss Given Default (LGD), Credit Conversion Factor (CCF) & capital streams to ensure on time execution against ECB committed delivery dates.
You'll join a team in a multi-site setup with people in Nordics, Poland and India working in parallel with development. You should be familiar with working in cross border teams and open to excel also in such a setting. The role is based in Stockholm.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
Detailed knowledge of MDP programme (which is in a critical delivery stage)
Kowledge across IT and business landscape upon which MDP is dependent which covers Basel, GAI, CDW, Risk Reporting, Model Development, SAP, Hyperion and associated business processes and accounting knowledge.
Your experience and background:
• 5 years working experience of Capital reporting in an IT analyst role, or similar.
Deep knowledge of Requirements Analysis
Deep experience of Planning and Organising
Degree in Computer Science or Finance
Experience of working in both agile (SAFe) and traditional development projects.
