What 's in it for you?
As a Capacity Cluster Manager you will report to the Senior Director and be part of the Strategic area team.
You will work in a cross functional environment with different stakeholders within Volvo Car Group and in certain extent with our external partners.
We are running a Capacity improvement program, which gives you the opportunity to join a team in development, and with exciting future.
What you will do
You will lead the capacity management assurance work for a cluster on a carline and/or a powertrain level through the whole lifecycle. You will represent Strategic and Operational Capacity Management (S&OCM) within your Projects and for your carline. Raise concerns in VPMM, and/or other relevant forums, and drive for solution. You will drive and lead, in corporation with Program Purchasing, Program SQM, Commercial Project Manager (CPM) and OTD management that the required capacity per product program is secured incl. ramp up and phase-out.
Lead and coordinate capacity management activities according to Capacity Assurance Process. Perform capacity check on carline in long (Product development and Product planning) and short term (Production Program) range. Lead carline CIR, initiate project CIR on component level and follow up Sourcing Prerequisites.
Who are we?
Strategic & Operational Capacity Management (S&OCM) which is a part of Procurement within the Program Management & Delivery Excellence (PM&DE) has the global responsible to secure capacity is in line with prerequisites of Product programs and Running changes.
S&OCM leads capacity change management. Investigations to secure that capacity for material supply from suppliers is according to decided Master Production Schedule and harmonized with plant(s) capacity.

Meritorious
* Very good knowledge in VPDS methodology and/or in Procurement processes.
* High level of agility within product structure (KDP).
* Knowledge of Order to Delivery process is a merit.
Education
* University degree Business, Economics, Engineer or equivalent
