Key Responsibilities
Align capacity with demand to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure product integrity by balancing trade results with customer commitments.
Monitor bookings & utilization, taking corrective action as needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders (Tonnage, CCC, CG, Pricing, PTSO) to ensure seamless operations.
Manage space allocations, charters, and vessel planning.
Contribute to decarbonization through enhancement of operational efficiency.
Drive efficiency and cost optimization while maintaining service quality.
Your Skills & Experience
4+ years in shipping (Service, Commercial Growth, or Business Operations).
Strong commercial and operational understanding of shipping.
Knowledge of our service networks, cargo flows and vessels.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Decisive yet adaptable, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive informed decisions.
Proven track record of driving improvements in efficiency, cost optimization, or processes in previous roles.
Ability to analyze voyage calculations and profitability.
