Capacity Forecaster & Analyst
We are building up a state-of-the-art Global Engagement Centre operation, optimized for our customer target group with a high degree of atomization and a dynamic, energetic, modern and welcoming customer experience. Today, we have operational centres based in Maastricht, Netherlands and Barcelona, Spain - supporting our current 7 markets in Europe. We will always be one touch away, whenever curious people or and beloved members needs us.
One of our Capacity Forecaster & Analysts is now moving on to another role internally, and we are looking for a replacement. If you are obsessed with customer service, data analytics, changing mobility forever and want to be part of a global, diverse and agile team, you might be our next colleague.
We believe that you are an unpretentious person who do not deem any task too big or too small. As a person, you are an analytical problem solver at heart and have great attention to details and want to be a part of evolving this function!
What you'll do
• Forecast and follow up on staffing needs, performance, contact volumes, efficiency, productivity and multiple metrics and KPI's that helps our organization to secure operational quality and capacity planning.
• Analyze performance and KPI-levels, conclude strategic actions needed to secure and increase the quality of the customer experience.
• Develop the structure and methods for reliable reporting and support operational management.
What you should have
• Analytical mindset - You know how to twist and turn data to optimize insight!
• Passion for working with data - Great if you, excel and/or power BI are best friends.
• A backpack with experience within the field, and preferably (but not mandatory) a degree/education within economics or mathematics.
