Capacity Forecaster and analyst

As a person, you are an analytical problem solver at heart and have great attention to details and want to be a part of building this function from scratch!
This role is located in Gothenburg and will report to Head of Engagement Center Operations.
What you'll do
• Forecast and follow up on staffing needs, performance, contact volumes, efficiency, productivity and multiple metrics and KPI's that helps our organization to secure operational quality and capacity planning
• Analyze performance and KPI-levels, conclude strategic actions needed to secure and increase customer experience.
• Develop the structure and methods for reliable reporting and support operational management.
What you should have
• Analytical mindset - You know how to twist and turn data to optimize insight!
• Passion for working with data - Great if you, excel and/or power BI are best friends
• A backpack with experience within the field, preferably (but not mandatory) a degree/education within economics or mathematics.
