We are now looking for a capacity coordinator that will work together with our managers to secure Altran's capacity today and for the future.
The capacity coordinator acts as business partner with the purpose of optimizing our utilization rate. S/he understands resources allocation process, the sales process, and have a deep understanding and interest of competence that we offer to our customers.
This role will plan for assignments that are about to end, to work pro-actively with finding new assignments for our employees, which matches their competence and future career plan.
We are looking for a person who:
Have a weekly dialogue with all managers in Altran, understanding our business needs
Works with resource allocation on company level, making sure that we optimize coordination and cooperation
Coordinate all customer assignments from the managers
Coordinate all assignments coming from brokers and vendors systems
Keep track on all new employees that need an assignment
Keep track on prolongations of assignments
Keep track on idle employees and have a dialogue with them
Work in our resource allocation system Linx and be our superuser of this system
Be responsible for our weekly staffing report
Making sure that our databases are updated properly, including CV database and allocation system

In order to be successful in the role we would like you to have the following background.
• Proven track record of working with a lot of different stakeholders, building strong and lasting relationships
• University degree or equivalent within business, HR or administration
• 3-5 years of work experience within IT or engineering consultancy
• easy to understand organizations and the support systems that they use
• Fluent English and Swedish
