Coor group PMO function is responsible for operational excellence and driving strategic change initiatives across the Nordic countries and service areas: Cleaning, Property and Food & Beverage. Initiatives span from managing and developing the three service areas, to running strategic operational development and change projects to add value and become more efficient.

As the Capability Owner for Service Activity Management you will be part of the Operational Excellence team, collaborating to secure the industry's most efficient service delivery within Property, Cleaning and Food & Beverage. The Capability owner will work across the three service areas and the Nordic countries and within the Service Delivery Framework, with an overall focus on securing an efficient development and operation of the Service Activity Management process. You will report to Head of Group PMO.

Key activities include

• Create ad own roadmap for Service Activity Management process
• Identify and drive relevant activities to develop the Service Activity Management process in all service areas
• Participate and monitor related projects as a stakeholder or subject-matter expert
• Take responsibility and leadership for network of Maximo superusers
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, primarily Core Team Managers and IT Service Managers in developing the Property, Cleaning and Food & Beverage service areas

Who are you?
To be successful in the role, we believe you have a minimum of 2 years of process development in a relevant setting. You have a relevant academic degree, preferably within engineering or business. Additionally, you have experience of leading others, either as a manager, team leader or through project management. As the Service Activity Management process is a key process in the company, a deep understanding of service management and related processes is highly meriting. Experience of Maximo and Agresso softwares is meriting.
