The organisation Engineering Capability Office leads the development of engineering capabilities in Tetra Pak to ensure world class products and services. We set the strategy, develop and drive the change to improve our way of working when developing our products and services. In the team, we have other Capability Managers in other engineering disciplines.
As Capability Manager in Systems Engineering, your responsibility will be to develop, implement and maintain the Systems Engineering capability globally within Tetra Pak.
As a Capability Manager, your daily tasks include networking, coaching, training, tool ownership and support, as well as develop methods, trainings and tools.
Location optional, either Lund or Modena.
Main responsibilities
• The main responsibility in this position is to align our Systems Engineering community with a common approach including methodologies, processes and tools. You will be expected to:
• Develop and implement a Systems Engineering framework.
• Develop, manage and execute the capability road map
• Drive change management activities within our engineering community
• Build and manage a global network of Systems Engineers
• Scout future methodologies and tools
Qualifications
You have deep operational engineering experience, from Tetra Pak or other companies, within the area of Systems Engineering.
Extensive experience from requirements management, architectural design, system modelling and various verification and validation disciplines are required.
Deep knowledge in how to utilize IT tools for different systems engineering disciplines including configuration management is recommended/vital.
Good understanding of model based engineering, agile development methods and modular management is considered a plus.
We believe you are a goal-oriented person with a lot of personal drive and energy to motivate yourself and others.
Furthermore, you have excellent communication and networking skills and can manage several stakeholders in a diplomatic way across functions and cultures. You are structured, analytical and have the ability to mobilise and inspire people towards the adoption of new habits, through a credible and positive attitude. You have a good business understanding. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
