We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our Global Journey Transformation unit! In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our organization. Your main focus will revolve around optimization, standardization, and innovation. Where you will be responsible for streamlining processes, improving reports, and encouraging cross-team cooperation with multiple stakeholders
What you will do
Monitor budget consumption VS allocated, match with staffing, and measure main OKRs for the unit (output, velocity, roadmap alignment)
Support capability teams to start & staff new studies and new capability incubation.
Description and standardization of processes to ensure maximum efficiency and avoid overlaps.
Streamlining operations through automation, simplification, and the elimination of unnecessary steps for more informed decision-making.
Enhancing reports and dashboards to effectively evaluate commerce performance.
Identifying internal process improvement opportunities, mapping and optimizing processes, and defining them to enhance operational effectiveness.
Overseeing horizontal initiatives related to the development of new capabilities i.e., solutions or services.
Collaborating with various company levels, from operational positions to senior management
You will bring
3 to 5 years of meaningful professional experience.
Proven track record in business operations management.
Excellent coordination and project management skills.
Ability to critically assess department activities and identify improvement opportunities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with employees across different organizational levels and departments.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage operational data to identify areas for improvement.
Proficiency in implementing operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency and optimization.
