hela Sverige One of Sweden's most successful online retailers is looking for a Campaigns Planner to join our campaigns planning team and to act as a vital link between Purchase and Marketing. Pierce is expanding rapidly in all our segments; MX, MC, and Snowmobiles. The goal is to strengthen the positions of all three brands (24MX, XLmoto and Sledstore) and to gain both online market share and grow even faster than what is naturally occurring in the current massive shift from offline to online retail.
One of our biggest competitive advantages is that we run strong campaigns. This is a very successful approach; but it also requires a lot of coordination between the different functions that make it possible. As a campaigns planner you will be a central figure liasing between Purchase/Category Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, eCom and Customer Service. Here you as Campaigns Planner will be instrumental! You will also work regularly with analyses of campaigns and other areas of sales data in order to optimize our campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate campaign and marketing activities between the relevant stakeholders, including Purchase/Category Management, Marketing Designers and Copywriters, Pricing, the eCom team, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
- Work creatively with campaign formats, suggest and improve on new campaign ideas
- Carry out analysis and follow-up of campaigns and ensure that we constantly improve our messaging and work proactively in our campaigns planning.
- Campaign project management
- Relevant tertiary degree or workplace experience
- Insight into the Motorcycle and/or Motocross markets is a plus
- Experience in online retailing
- Driven and self-reliant
- Meticulous and structured
- Analytical and results driven
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Working in Swedish is a plus, but not necessary
