hela Sverige Oriflame is now looking for a Campaign Planner for Western Europe to further strengthen our team.
Your responsibilities
• Be in the role of project leader of planning and creation assign catalogues in WE to achieve sales targets and high catalogue execution score.
• Catalogue Planning in line with positioning of the brand, categories merchandising strategy and offer flow including level of discounts.
• Create catalogues that are unique and relevant to the region in terms of themes and based on consumer insights.
• KPI?s: catalogue sales and margin targets, purchase activity, average order, catalogue evaluation score.
• Work together with category specialist to ensure correct products chosen for key elements in the catalogues.
• Maximize catalogue creative execution via close cooperation with catalogue creative and production teams ? giving feedback on catalogue layouts.
• Cooperate with forecasters to maximize offers and sales of the future catalogues
• Communication and cooperation with markets on future catalogue plans
• Post catalogue sales evaluation of responsible catalogue and fast changes in the future according to leanings
What we are looking for
• Master degree, marketing faculty the best
• Job experience in international company
• Cosmetics industry experience in catalogue planning or brand management
• English ? fluent in writing and speaking
• Initiative ? should be self-motivated and able to develop plans and ideas under their own initiative and minimal supervision.
• Leadership ? needs to be able to lead initiatives through the organization gaining input and/or buy-in from other departments and markets who are key components in delivering successful category sales
• Analytical ? must have the ability to understand and interpret KPI data from past performance and use this in assessment of future catalogue potential.
• Creative ? it is essential to be able to initiate and develop ideas whether by themselves or by working with others.
• Team player ? must have strong communication skills and work well with other departments who often have differing agendas.
• Well-organized person who respect deadlines and process
