We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our Business Area Networks (BNEW) Marketing & Communications team!
Your first assignment will be to lead one of Ericsson's Global Marketing Programs, with the objective to position and drive sales for our 5G portfolio. The task is to, in close collaboration with market areas and our key offering area teams, plan and implement demand generation campaigns targeting communication service providers. You will be part of a diverse, passionate and competent M&C team and collaborate in a truly international setting.

What you will do
Work agile and lead the Marketing Program tribe
Develop strategic plans for global campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and business impact
Be overall responsible for campaign strategy, execution and achievement of objectives, on time and within budget.
Develop measurement and interpret data to provide useful insights into campaign performance and take a proactive approach to quickly change course as needed to optimize results
You will bring
10+ years' experience working across a global marketing organization in technology sector, generating leads and driving sales for complex B2B technology solutions (preferably within Telecom)
Demonstrated ability to implement world-class campaigns with a focus on impact and an understanding of each marketing channel's role in influencing the customer buying journey
Excellent analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
Excellent presentation skills with experience in stakeholder management
Confidence in being a creative problem solver who understands business complexities and develops marketing plans to achieve business goals.
Agile practitioner with understanding of agile best-practices and how to deploy them successfully in a marketing context.
Empathetic leader and great teammate with proven ability to lead through influence and work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a diverse and matrixed global organization with conflicting priorities
BA degree is required.
