The Communication Development team at VCC is responsible for creating and producing international marketing campaigns for the Volvo Brand, launch and lifecycle products, as well as sponsor- and partnerships. The team is part of the Marketing Communications Department, responsible for global communications such as marketing campaigns, media strategy, sales literature and dealership communication. The Marketing Communications department is one of the four pillars forming Volvo Cars' Global Marketing organisation, the others being CRM/IM, Brand & Product Experience and Product Brand Management.
Job Description:
Your responsibility is aimed at supporting international Advertising
Campaign Development in producing best in class, multinational campaigns.
You ll work in close cooperation with other members of the Communication Development team. It s a temporary position until April 2011.
Your role will be to:
Collect campaign plans and central asset needs from markets
Regularly review implementations, local adaptations & initiatives; feedback & share where relevant
Collect requirements from internal VCC stakeholders for campaign projects; keep the stakeholder network informed, updated and involved throughout the process
Follow up technical and legal issues related to Campaign Development
Input into, and follow-up the integration of assets / creative
development for different media
Drive campaign related projects when relevant (e.g. Core Values communication)
Qualifications:
The Campaign Manager needs to be able to work with international agencies, work cross-functionally and co-ordinate with markets around the world. Good organisation skills and the ability to stay in control of several projects at the same time is a must. Must possess good communication skills and an ability to work independently in a pro-active way.
