Your sweet spot as a Campaign Coordinator

As a Campaign Coordinator at Kavall, you'll be the important puzzle piece between our Marketing and Assortment departments. You will be working closely with our Marketing and Category Managers to make sure that all of our in-app campaigns and partnerships are delivering sales, growth, and engagement.
As the startup we are, we have now realized that we are in the need of a Campaign Coordinator to join our team. So this is a brand new position, that you will have the opportunity to form the way you see fit. It's the perfect time to join Kavall on our journey with ambitious goals!

Some of the things you'll handle

• Be responsible for developing and optimizing Kavall's campaign strategy in order to ensure sales, partnerships, and growth.
• Plan and manage all campaigns in-app and in other marketing channels such as newsletters.
• Monitor, track, analyze and report on campaign performance.
• Optimize for campaign conversion and prioritize campaign efforts according to set targets from Marketing & Assortment.
• Analyze and forecast volumes together with the Supply Chain Managers and E-com Manager.
• Close collaboration with Category Managers to monetize and push key partnerships on product or category level in-app and owned channels.

We believe that you

• Have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or other related fields.
• 2+ years relevant experience in campaign planning, marketing, category management, or equivalent.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English (and other Nordic languages is a big plus).
• Have high attention to detail while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Have great time management skills in order to meet deadlines.
• Have an innovative and solution-oriented mindset while opting for data-driven decisions
• Are proactive and like to test and constantly learn new things
• We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience of working in a startup company.

Extent: Full time

Location: Hybrid remote, Stockholm

Salary: Fixed, monthly by agreement
