The group 91841 Measurement strategy and tools holds a central key position in delivering highly qualified solutions to the various design departments while planning ahead for the needs of tomorrow. A team within the group is committed to developing, managing and profiling communication and calibration tools to best utilize them and to support internal organizations when needed. We are now recruiting a Calibration Software Function Owner for a permanent position.
Role description
As Calibration SW Function Owner you are part of a tight team. While the team has multiple deliverables, your main responsibilities include ensuring that the development of two calibration SWs meet the needs of the product development organization.
As the team is built to support its members; you and your colleagues have individual deep knowledge, but are also encouraged and expected to learn other areas to be able to help each other out. This ensures a continuous learning curve and a responsible share of workload.
Key tasks
* Functional ownership of calibration SW
* Establish and maintain a network with the main user groups
* Requirement- and task definition for development
* Planning and follow-up of deliveries from SW suppliers
* Support users when needed
* Monitor usage patterns and make structural proposals to improve tool efficiency
Preferred qualifications
* B.Sc. (or higher) SW Engineering/Computer Science/Electronic Engineering/Mechatronics or similar
* At least 3 years experience from structured SW development
* Understanding of configuration- and requirement management
* Fluent in Swedish and English
* Programming experience is meritorious
