Job Description
Your main responsibilities include:
You create an inspiring and attractive café environment with a unique local feeling for the guests.
You organize and plan the café according to the café concept.
You implement, protect, follow up and develop the café concept together with the Store Experience Manager.
You support, motivate and lead your team to increase sales.
You always lead by example.
Qualifications
You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way
You enjoy working with a diverse team.
You have the ability to overview, plan, organise and prioritise yours and your team's work.
You like creating structure, working with numbers and analysing of sales figures.
You are flexible and a problem solver who dares to take initiative to find the best solution.
You have proven leadership skills, minimum of two years of experience of managing a Café and a good understanding of profitability.
You have good English skills.
