CAE Engineer Vehicle Dynamics, temporary 7 months

As CAE ENGINEER VEHICLE DYNAMICS you will be part of our group Vehicle Dynamics & Active Safety Centre within Active Safety & Chassis responsible for the development and verification of Vehicle Dynamics & Safety Functions. CAE Vehicle Dynamics' group is the center for all computer-aided engineering (CAE) projects in the discipline of vehicle dynamics.
There is an immediate opening for a Vehicle Dynamics CAE engineer until end of August this year as one of our colleagues is on parental leave. You should have formal education and/or relevant experience within vehicle dynamics. The seniority of this position will be adjusted to the level of knowledge or experience of the applicant.
Job profile:
• Model development in ADAMS
• CAE analysis and validation
• Optimization of vehicle dynamics and performance
• Process and method development
• Conducting research in advanced vehicle dynamics
• Simulation and analysis of VehDyn results
• Report results and recommend design solutions
Your profile:
• MSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar, Automotive with emphasis in vehicle dynamics
• Proficient in dynamic modeling using ADAMS or equivalent multi body simulation tool
• CAE experience in the field of vehicle dynamics
• Self motivated and analytical
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Driving license
