Position description:
We are looking for a CAE engineer to our interior simulation team.
The position involves helping building up and develop the CAE knowledge within interior systems.
Description:
• Create plan for needed interior simulations in coming projects and architectures.
• Participate and do the needed optimizations and simulations in advanced design projects like next generation instrument panel.
• Responsible for interior simulation
• Track interior performance status and needed actions (excluding occupant).
• Building interior CAE models.
• Do simulations regarding stiffness, maximum loads, impacts and fatigue. Softwares to be used, Hyperworks, Nastran, Dyna.
• Together in team develop our products ie. solve performance issues, propose solutions and support with results for various investigations.
• Contribute to overall CAE process and methods development.
Skills and required experience:
Qualifications:
• Master or Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of adequate CAE automotive experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience from interior systems is meritorious.
