Position description:
Would you like to work with challenging and complex project management in an international
community with many different stakeholders? Are you a great Design engineer with experience within automotive? Join us at our section Exterior Trim within one of our two agile teams at Exterior
Ornamentation:
Our Section, Exterior Trim, consist of five different groups (Exterior Ornamentation PSS210,
Functional Black Trim Floor PSS570, Functional Black Trim Engine Compartment PSS571, Exterior
Glass PSS200 and Exterior Body Covers&Spoiler PSS250).
At PSS 210, Exterior Ornamentation we lead the development of A-pillar moulding/cover, Cheater
panels, B- and C pillar cappings, divider bars, appliques, rails, roof joint mouldings and emblems.
As a Design Engineer within the group Exterior Ornamentation (PSS210) you will work in one of our agile teams. All engineering work is made in-house by our teams.
Main responsibilities:
• Designing plastic and aluminium components using Catia V5 and 3D PMi
• Collaboration with design teams, manufacturing and other stakeholders
Required qualifications:
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Mechanical engineering or other equivalent education
• Experience on relevant positions
• Documented experience in use of Catia V5 & Team Center.
• Good knowledge in plastic design.
• Experience in product development and "build to print"
• Fluency in English, spoken and written
• Driving license "B"
Meritorious Qualifications:
• Experience from working with anodized/ aluminum or bright trim parts.
