Assignment description
We are hiring an CAD Engineer to work at one of our clients within the Automotive industry.
To take an active part in the development of the clientsDiesel, Petrol and electrified engines. This involves performing CFD-simulations of the inner cooling system using our CFD-code Star CCM+ . The development process is run through weekly meetings where the CAE engineer is expected to have an active role in defining what simulations need to be made and to present an analysis of the results from performed simulations. The CAE engineer also has a responsibility to continuously try to improve the methodologies used for the simulations.
Requirements
• M Sc or higher academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Physics or comparable.
• A minimum of three years experience in industrially applied CFD simulations
• Professional level of proficiency in Star CCM+ and ANSA.
• Previous experience of cooling jacket simulations is a merit.

• Fluent in English. Spoken and written

Open to Sub-contract and permanent candidates
Location of work: Gothenburg
Start day: ASAP
Extent: Full time starting with a six month probation period
