Mensch und Maschine is seeking an
Application Engineer
to join our Swedish team.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will support and train our customers in the use of our advanced CAD/CAM software products (hyperCAD® and hyperMILL®). The focus of the job lies on pre-sales demonstrations at open house events/trade shows, live or over the web, software presentations, post-sales customer support, software installation and training services. Candidates should have at least 3 years of Application Engineering experience in CAD/CAM, shop-floor or manufacturing engineering and have strong personal and communication (oral and written) skills. Multi-axis milling and multi-task machining experience is preferred. Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and/or SolidWorks is a plus, as well as practical knowledge of CNC controls for multi-axis applications.
We are looking for someone with a great attitude who likes working with people. They must be able to learn quickly and problem solve effectively. The successful candidate must be a team player who can work well with our support/applications team at the German headquarters, our customers and other applications personnel. The position requires excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to follow through to satisfactory resolution.
Person Description:
The ideal candidate will:
• Have 3+ years programming experience with relevant CAD and CAM software
(preferably OPEN MIND software)
• Be able to travel within Denmark, Norway and Sweden
• Be outgoing and self sufficient
• Possess excellent written communications skills (Local + English)
• Possess excellent time management skills
• Located in: Gothenburg, Sweden
