You will be part of the teams that are responsible for the engineering cab projects. The cab is an important part of the complete machine and it is of great importance to our customer. It is today perceived as one of the best on the market and we intend to strengthen this position.
Core Responsibilities:
You will have the following responsibilities:
Coordinate technical aspects of cab design with the Project Manager, Engineering and Technical Product Manager from the overall machine projects
Cross functional coordination between production and purchasing project leaders as well as other Technology Platform engineering groups
Plan and execute all projects according the QDCF (Quality, Delivery, Cost and Features) targets for the project
Will follow the GDP (Global Development Process) for the Cab elements
Will work on continuous improvement of project management tools within Cabs
Education Required:
We think that you have a university education within the area of R&D or comparable experience
You shall have experience of Project Management
You will have demonstrated R&D team leader experience, preferably with global team leadership
