A regular day at work

• Drive the Aftermarket Sales/Profit margin Budget by Cluster by Channel
• Lead and strategize the continued profitable sales by developing each sales channel and driving the right mix
• Coach, challenge and guide the EMEA Ownership Solutions teams
• Deep dive into channel sales performance based on agreed commercial KPIs, identifying current and new opportunities to sell products and services

Minimum qualifications
• University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent, MBA preferred
• 3-5 years of professional experience in consumer focused companies in sales/business development
• Knowledge of Sales and Key Account Management
• Project management skills, demonstrating resilience to deliver as planned
• Experience of change management in complex matrix type companies
• Facilitation and coaching skills - credible and confident presence
• Fluent English oral and written.

In this role as Consumables and Accessories (C&A) Sales and Operations Manager you will help us to grow and develop the B2B Aftermarket profitable sales for C&A. Our B2B channels include large wholesale key accounts, our franchised repairer network, retailers and more.

Breaking the EMEA region into 10 clusters, in this role you will work with each cluster to identify opportunity, create new campaigns and significantly grow our C&A business in-line with our aftermarket strategy.
