As an intern at the Buying department at Acne Studios you will work closely together with our ambitious and dedicated buying team - supporting all concepts Men's Fashion, Women's Fashion, Face Collection and Blå Konst Collection. You will be assisting the senior buyers in their daily work with a focus in optimizing sales and trade globally as well as supporting during the busy buying period. The internship is a great opportunity for you who are ambitious and want to learn more about complex buying and the fashion industry. The internship will last for 6 months.

The work environment at Acne Studios is fast-paced and energetic; no day is ever the same. You will be based at Acne Studios Head Office in Stockholm.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assisting the buying team in the daily process off optimizing sales and trading globally
• Supporting the stores with refills and managing stock levels
• Sales analysis on specific regions, categories and/or products cross over all concepts
• Assisting the buying team daily in handling store requests and feedback
• Tracking deliveries and the store distribution for collections and special products in time for launch
• Supporting with creating product and collection information
• Supporting with research, competitor and market analysis
• Communicate and work closely with different departments and functions in the company such as controlling and retail
• Assist the buyers during the buying period

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BA or MA degree in Business / Economics / Fashion
• Solid knowledge about the industry and the business for womenswear, menswear and denim
• Sales and business driven with good analytic skills
• Good knowledge in using Excel
• A team player with very good communication skills
• Being flexible and at the same time structured and organized.
• Being able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English language is an essential requirement
