In this role, you will support all business lines with procurement activities (placing purchase orders, expediting, obtaining and updating prices from suppliers, etc.) and improve delivery times with respect to BT cash policies.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Issue purchase orders according to actual demand from production or customer
• Ensure material delivery on time in accordance with agreed terms and conditions
• Analyze and monitor parts to ensure coverage to meet production schedule/customer demand
• Negotiate new delivery schedule with supplier if changes to requirement from production or customer aris
• Update the system with new pricing, most economic purchase volume, etc.
Qualifications
• University degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent working experience
• Strong purchasing / logistic work experience is mandatory
• Experience in Negotiation, Contracting, Compliance and Legal aspects
• Proven track of Supply Chain Risk and Opportunity Management
• Knowledge and experience of Supplier Performance and Improvement Management
• Fluent English and Swedish language skills
• Knowledge of Procurement Systems, Microsoft Office, BAAN
