Job Description
In this Buyer role, you will be a key player in a new project connected to We Love Horses and equestrian products. As part of a small team, you will get the chance to have an impact on the future of the project.
As a Buyer, you will drive growth and profitability through developing and creating product and assortment for the target customer. You will together with the team set vision, goals and strategy for the assortment and create products in line with this. You identify what your customer wants and makes sure to stay updated on what is happening in the surrounding world. By constantly following the selling you act on new tendencies and search for new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
In this project you will work in an environment where not every process and structure are set, and flexibility, problem solving and a prestige less mindset will be important abilities to reach success. Building something from start excites you and you will need to be organized, manage your time and keep focus on what creates value even when there is a lot to do.
• 3 years' experience of working as a Buyer, creating commercial garments
• Experience from equestrian or sport garments is a huge plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Understands the importance of commercial thinking and has a sales minded core and strong salesmanship
• Has strong fashion intelligence and a strategic mindset
• Is result-oriented and looks at the customers' needs in every product to secure its value drivers and correct in-price
• Has a positive problem-solving attitude and is eager to find new ways
• Is a strong leader, formal leadership experience is a plus but not a must
• Is a team player and has a straightforward communication

This is a full-time permanent position with placement in Stockholm.
