hela Sverige Come and join our team within Indirect material & services in Linköping supporting all Saab Business Areas. You will be responsible for operational and tactical tasks and collaborate in a wide network within Saab and its Suppliers creating stronger business together.
Your role
You will be responsible for executing purchasing requests within Indirect material & Services at Property & Logistics mainly within categories Production Supply and Production Equipment.
The work will be performed in collaboration with colleagues throughout Saab as well as suppliers.
The main tasks are:
* Conduct purchase orders and enable efficient digital P2P solutions
* Ensure correct supplier onboarding and setups for supplier punch outs and catalogues
* Collaborate and communicate within cross functional teams
* Analyze supplier market and Saab demand
* Propose improvements in order to work more efficiently
Your profile
Required skills:
* High School degree or Higher Vocational Education Diploma in Procurement (Kvalificerad Yrkesutbildning), or equivalent job experience
* Interest in continuous improvements and digitalization
* English, verbal and written
* Swedish, fluent
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills
* Business- and Performance driven
Desired skills:
* Experience from Procurement or Supply Chain
* Relevant Bachelor degree
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
We support all Business Areas in Sweden with their procurement needs within Indirect material and services. We handle a current total annual spend of ~6 billion SEK giving us a strong customer position at the market.
The department you will join consists primarily of buyers and experts within areas such as Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Procure to Pay, Legal, Business analysts, PM&T, CSR and Business Solution Management.
You will work with 35 experienced colleagues, whereas 20 located in Linköping.
In our team, we have an unpretentious atmosphere where we help each other and share our knowledge with a solution-orientated approach.
Furthermore we are in a strong ongoing digitalization journey moving into a next generation platform (Hansa) enabling efficient and digital ways of working, stakeholder and supplier interaction, master data analysis and fact-based decisions.
