Propulsion Transmission team is looking for a Buyer with responsibility for automatic transmissions.
We are part of Propulsion purchasing with responsibility for all components related to electrical, hybrid & combustion drive.
You will be part of a dynamic team of buyers located in Sweden, China and US supporting each other to reach our business objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you are managing the automatic transmissions in the development, industrialisation and running production phase.
You are cooperating in the cross functional team with engineering, manufacturing, logistics and others.
You will lead negotiations and build relationships with international suppliers in order to maximize the value for VCC.
You are responsible for order management and capacity assurance.
Do you fit the profile?
You have a commercial or technical degree or equivalent.
You have strong analytical and problem solving skills. You are a positive and flexible person who finds solutions.
You have the ability to independently drive and perform tasks in a structured way.
You master the English language both spoken and in writing.
