As a Buyer you initiate purchase orders and confirm deliveries with suppliers, monitor and track supplier performance to purchase order requirements and track goods received to verify appropriate delivery. You will follow up existing suppliers and secure that the products or services, that you procure, have the right quality and are delivered on time at optimal total cost level. Your main stakeholders will be Project managers at Transformer Service.

You as a Buyer are most likely in the beginning of your purchasing career. You have a genuine interest in technical components and systems. As a person you are customer focused, flexible, and responsible. It is important, that you take ownership for your performance.

To be successful in this role, you preferably have an academic degree in business, finance, engineering or equivalent experience, while high school degree is a must. Previously, you have worked with operative purchasing and with suppliers. Furthermore, you are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken alike. Finally, it's an advantage if you have experience/knowledge of handling Microsoft Office tools, ERP-LN or SAP.

You will be part of Transformer Service, a division within ABB Sweden. Transformer Service perform advanced services to industries, utilities and OEMs around the world.
