Fiskars Group are opening our first Moomin Arabia store in Gothenbourg, and we are looking for a dedicated Store Manager to join our team!

Join our team as an Moomin Store Manager and play a key role in developing Fiskars Sweden own retail and bringing the world of Moomin to life in Sweden. We are in the beginning of the journey of this retail concept, you have great possibility to be a part of the development.
Position: Moomin Store Manager, full-time position (40h/week)
Location: Vallgatan, Gothenbourg, Sweden
Target start date: 1.4.2024
Responsibilities:
Build, lead and motivate a team of dedicated retail professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Drive sales and exceed performance targets by setting clear goals, implementing effective strategies, and monitoring key performance indicators.
Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered, establishing a culture of personalized engagement and genuine product knowledge.
Cultivate a visually captivating store environment and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify areas for growth and develop and execute action plans to maximize sales and profitability.
Manage inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and collaborate with the operations team to optimize store operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail management.
A deep appreciation for Moomin Arabia's products is highly valued.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve and exceed goals.
Solid business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Language requirements: fluent in Swedish and English.
