Job description:
We are looking for a Store Manager (m/f) for our new boutique that is opening in Stockholm.
As a follower of fashion, you will help develop your store?s image, boost customer loyalty and increase sales.

Your main tasks will include:

• Boosting your stores sales;

• Supervising, training and managing the team;

• Complying with sales and marketing policy;

• Communicating and promoting the brand image and values.

Person specification:
You must possess a real feel for sales and bring your store to life in order to boost sales and improve profitability.

You must already have at least 3 years? successful experience in a similar position.

You need to have excellent managerial sales development and team management skills.

You must be energetic, ambitious and enjoy challenges.

You must also have a sharp feel for fashion and teamwork.

Swedish and English are required, proficiency on any other language would be useful
