Description
You will work at front office (customer location) with Business control/analyst assignment or in-house projects related to same dicipline.
To be successfull in this role we believe you have worked +10 years [Level 4] within finance/accounting industry and as a specialist / controller. You master ERP/SAP and the other common finance tools without any limitations.
Tasks
You will work with following tasks:
SAP cost controls:
1) Support all functional managers cost breakdown structures in as well as outside of SAP
2) Support with detailed follow up/review of actual cost in SAP
3) Work closely with procurement to improve the review and cost control of material cost in SAP
Project controls development:
1) Start looking into smart (good enough!) ways of smarter linking between time, scope, risk and cost in line with our clients standard methodologies
General support to project controlling
1) Tax reporting, FX/hedging etc.
2) Preparation of reports and reviews
3) Participate in preparation and execution of function project reviews
Scheduling support (not primary task but as extracurricular and in case of high workload of project scheduler)
1) Support the scheduling (MS projects)
2) Work package planning (Excel trackers, S-curves etc.)
3) Review of progress of above
Qualifications
- SAP (PS, MM, CO) knowledge and interest to learn
- MS office package (especially MS excel and MS project)
- Understanding of project execution and complex production setups
- Humble, quick learner and interested in the business
- A good sense for continuous improvements, structured way of working
- Used to work in project environment, stress tolerant
- English fluent, Swedish advantageous.
