If so, you might be our new Business-developing Design Manager. In close cooperation with our office in Gothenburg, you will develop and grow our design consultancy in Sweden within product design, interaction design, design strategy and design research.
Based in Gothenburg or Stockholm you will be part of our international team - a professional group of designers that deliver high-impact solutions for global market leaders. Your focus will be on driving sales, spotting new business opportunities, acquiring new clients and maintaining existing client relations.
You will
• Establish and develop relationships with new clients
• Be involved in sale processes and client networking
• Lead projects and maintain client contact
• Be responsible for business development
• Develop business area in relation to turnover as well as profits
You are
• A skilled professional with a solid experience in sales
• Able to secure a continuous development in your area through client networking and sales
• An entrepreneurial spirit with an extensive professional network
• A strategic thinker who understands the consultancy business
• Sales-minded, persistent and business-oriented
• Possessing strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Outgoing and a motivated team player
• Fluent in English
