Responsibilities?
We are looking for an interim solution for Ericsson for 3-4 months starting immediately, at the latest during December. This role is a Business Unit Talent Management SME to be the main point of contact to provide expert Talent Management advice to leaders. The BU Talent Management SME will work in close alignment with HRBPs and other Talent Management SME's globally. You will be responsible to help build and execute the Talent Strategy within your domain. Consult and drive the necessary changes to ensure we have the best talent throughout the organization.
The position is located in Stockholm, Kista and you will report to the Head of Talent Management, BU/GF.
This is an exciting time to join the Talent Management function at Ericsson as it builds upon on a major transformation to globalize processes and solutions for increased effectiveness.
You will also:
Manage relationships with local leadership (HR and Senior Region Leadership)Consult on needs and potential talent management solutionsGet involved in design and delivery of solutions as appropriate, including at the global levelProvide input to global TM strategyTranslate global strategy into local strategy and needsManage project planning, roll out and execution of all processes for all TM practices
Who are we looking for?
Bachelors degree required, Masters degree perfered. 10+ years of experience in HR/TM, preferably combining both Business Partner and SME roles3+ years of experience managing people, including virtually and matrix
Experience working globally with multiple requirements and business realitiesProven experience facilitating business meetings and training at different levels in the organizationHighly developed knowledge of Talent Management, both in terms of process design and solution deploymentProven experience managing global projects and initiativesHighly developed written and oral communication skillshighly developed analytical skillsStrong collaborations and consulting skillsStrong knowledge of business applications (MS Office Suite)Presenting & communicating informationAnalyzingEntrepreneurial and commercial thinkingPersuading & influencingFormulating strategies and conceptsCreating & innovating
