About the job
Market Unit Refinery and Petrochemicals needs to put focus to capture all existing and future business opportunities.Responsibilities as BU Manager
Drive and develop the global sales in the Refinery industry through interactions with the global sales organisation.
Develop and own the market plan for the Refinery business.
Responsible for budget and forecast.
Manage and lead the Refinery business unit, having a team reporting to you.
Be part of the Market Unit Refinery and Petrochemical management team.
Who are you?We are looking for a candidate who is business oriented, has a proven management experience and commercial drive. You have a university degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum five years experience from Alfa Laval and experience from the refinery business is a requirement.You have the ability to inspire and drive people to develop and exceed. You lead by example. You drive efficiency improvement and are a strong change agent. You are good at motivating others and good at establishing internal and external contacts. You should have a high capacity for networking and a social capability to make good connections with the team and throughout the Alfa Laval organization.You must be excellent in verbal & written communication as well as fluent in English.
