Integrated solutions is the fastest growing business unit at CTEK. Charging is almost always critical and when it comes to integrated solutions, the performance of our product can be crucial for the function of the application. You find our chargers integrated in everything from ambulances to service vehicles.
We are now searching for a Business Unit Manager that can lead a team of six dedicated sales and technical staff to take us to the next step in our development.
Our solutions are sold all over the world, directly and through a network of specialists, and you will be required to travel extensively in this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for our growth primarily in Scandinavia and Central Europe, but also worldwide including Asia. In this role you will be responsible for all sales and commercial management including identifying and preparing business cases, negotiating and closing strategic sales by agreeing contracts, terms and conditions, budgeting, reporting, implementing and following up action plans, etc.
Reporting to the CEO and based from our Head Office in Vikmanshyttan, Sweden, the successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
• Experienced senior sales or marketing manager
• Business strategy
• Leadership
• Knowledge of or interest in electronics / technology
